Care Collaboration
I work closely with physicians, midwives, doulas, acupuncturists, mental health providers, movement professionals, and even other physical therapists throughout the Bay Area to support patients with complex or overlapping needs. I consider my collaborative referral network to be one of my largest strengths for my patients.
My goal is to provide thoughtful, high-touch physical therapy while staying in close communication with the rest of a patient’s care team.

Screening
Each patient’s plan is built intentionally, with attention to both pelvic health and the rest of the body. I consider prior care, current symptoms, and the broader clinical picture to determine whether I’m the right fit—or whether another provider may better meet their needs.
-

Collaborate Openly
I value open, bidirectional communication with referring providers. With patient consent, I’m happy to share updates, coordinate care, and remain in dialogue so treatment aligns with the broader goals of the care team.
-

Adapt as Needed
Many of the patients I work with don’t fit neatly into one diagnosis. I frequently treat cases where pelvic floor symptoms overlap with orthopedic concerns such as low back pain, hip issues, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or return to activity.

Deliver with Confidence
I provide 1:1, in-home physical therapy focused on continuity, nuance, and thoughtful progression. My goal is not just symptom relief, but helping patients feel supported, understood, and confident in their care plan.
Thoughtful Discharge & Ongoing Support
From the very first session, I approach care with an eventual discharge in mind. My goal is to help patients return confidently to the activities that matter to them—whether that’s Pilates, running, strength training, or daily life—without creating long-term dependence on physical therapy. Maintaining relationships with exercise professionals that I trust, and can discharge my patients to, is imperative.
At the same time, I emphasize continuity. Patients are always welcome to return for check-ins, tune-ups, or support during new life phases or symptom changes. Many of the patients I see value knowing they have an established provider they can return to when needed.
